Description

The KORO® by Imants Recycling Dresser for both warm and cool season golf, sports turf including racing.

The new Koro Recycling Dresser  has been re-designed for adaption to warm season rhizomonas turf, eliminating the issues of tearing and rutting that was damaging to the aesthetic presentation created by using the previous model. This model Koro Recycling Dresser MKII will work on both cool and warm season turf. It is a tractor driven renovation machine, designed to achieve profile renovation works to fine turf areas with minimal disturbance to the turf surface.

The Koro Recycling Dresser  aerates the underlying soil vertically and horizontally, removing soil from the rootzone and re-distributing it across the playing surface (only for quality soil profiles, with no rocks). Layering and compaction are eliminated, infiltration rates and biological activity increased with existing fertilisers in the soil better utilised. The Koro Recycling Dresser MKII reduces the amount of new top-dressing required, therefore saving labour and material costs and promoting sustainable maintenance. Three different working widths are available in the range.  The machine is fabricated in-house at the Imants factory under strict quality controlled conditions to ensure the most robust machine, whilst providing the best possible value for money. 3 different working widths are available in the range:

  • Verti-cutting type and Recycling Action

It uses a series of specially designed blades or rotors to cut into the turf and sub-surface layers, lifting soil, sand, and organic matter.

  • On-the-spot Topdressing

The lifted material is redistributed evenly back onto the surface, acting as a natural topdressing, saving material and reducing external input costs.

  • Reduces Compaction & Improves Drainage

By breaking up compacted soil layers and restoring the natural soil structure, it significantly improves root development, aeration, and water infiltration.

  • Eco-friendly & Cost-effective

Reduces the need for importing topdressing material and removes the need to haul away cores or soil—lowering labor and transportation costs.

  • Adjustable Depths

The working depth and blade spacing can often be adjusted depending on the soil type, turf condition, and renovation goals.
